I have found another chocolate dessert to add to my list of favorite chocolate desserts: Jumbo Jap's Walnut Fudge Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream. Augh! Absolutely to die for. I am such a chocoholic. My other favorite chocolate desserts are (in order of how I like them now): Old Swiss Inn's Toblerone Fondue, Italianni's Tartufo and Kulinarya's Flourless Chocolate Cake. Sigh.
I just noticed I like warm chocolate desserts. Except for the Tartufo, the rest are served warm. I guess eating warm desserts gives me a comforting, loved-and-secure-when-I-was-five feeling. The chocolate also just tastes so much better--well, much sweeter.

The commentator in this morning's Mass in our subdivision was my first year high school class adviser! Now that was weird! I hadn't seen her since I graduated from high school... actually, I didn't see her much when I was in my upper years in high school. I don't know, I guess I wasn't particularly fond of her when she was my CA. I didn't find her that approachable or open to a bunch of not-quite-over-grade-school girls (our classroom was situated near the pre-school's playground, so during recess, you could find my classmates there). Maybe because she was much older already? Anyway, seeing her brought back good and bad memories. More good than bad. First year high school was full of fun, fun, fun--we had new gala uniforms pa and we would be taking up Shakespeare's "Julius Caesar". There was Hell Week and new clubs and stuff. Not fun, though, was the later dismissal time and stricter rules (as in!). Still. First year was different and quite not what I expected from it.
